Stainless steel
Our structures are made of stainless steel
with an appropriately smooth surface finish which
guarantees complete resistance to weather conditions
at the same time ensuring many years of exploitation.
We use it for the production of such devices as:
structures, slides, fasteners and chains.
Black steel
Structures of devices made of black
steel made of profiles of various
sections. They are available
in the following options:
• hot dip galvanized powder
coated with UV resistant paints
• steel structure: shot-blasted,
painted with zinc primers
and powder coated with UV
resistant paints.
Climbing platforms and walls
The access tarps are made of non-slip HDPE board or, on request, of HPL. These boards are resistant to weather conditions and ensure the safety of children, e.g. by reducing the possibility of slipping.
Security
and educational elements

to weather conditions and UV radiation.
Steel ropes
galvanized and covered with polypropylene
material or nylon. They are joined with plastic,
stainless steel or aluminum. Their structure
is resistant to UV radiation, abrasion and rotting.
Climbing
stones
are made of a durable
composite resin containing
mineral fillers. The stones
are resistant to abrasion and
UV radiation.
Slides
Our slides are made of stainless steel
which is resistant to vandalism, weather
conditions and mechanical damage.
The side covers are made of HDPE boards
and they are also resistant to weather
conditions and UV radiation. The slides
are made of stainless steel resistant
to mechanical damage and weather
conditions. Thanks to high-quality welds they create an elegant finish
to playground equipment.
Approved chains
are made of stainless steel or are
galvanized. They are calibrated in a way
to prevent the child’s fingers from getting
caught between the cells. Rubber plugs
or polypropylene plugs protect steel
profiles against weather conditions
and protect children from unwanted
injuries.
Screws
They are made of stainless steel
or galvanized and secured with durable
polyamide caps that protect against
contact with weather conditions. Thanks
to such protection our devices are
resistant to expenditure, mechanical
damage and weather conditions.
Movable elements in our squares are
based on the Swiss articulation system
which is safe and durable and allows for
the fully guided movement. It is resistant
to overload, weather conditions and
vandalism. The system does not require
lubrication and maintenance and the
parts ensure a long service life of devices
with moving parts.
